How it works

  1. Send your date. Tell us the date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many guests.
  2. Hear back within a day. You get availability, package options and the pricing in writing.
  3. Plan the day together. A timeline call a few weeks out covers locations, family formals and sunset.
  4. Get the gallery. A sneak peek within days, the full edited gallery in weeks, and the album when you're ready.

What shooting weddings in Tampa Bay actually involves

Sunset timing, summer storms, humidity and a lot of venues within an hour of each other shape every wedding day here.

Sunset decides the timeline

Sunset in Tampa lands near 5:40 in December and after 8:15 in June. The best portrait light is the 40 minutes before it, so the ceremony time and the photo schedule get built backward from there.

Afternoon storms

From June through September, a storm rolls through most afternoons between three and six. Rain plans are not a formality here; they are part of the timeline.

Humidity and heat

Outdoor portraits in August mean short sets, shade between them, and a plan for hair and makeup. Spring and fall sessions are easier on everyone.

Engagement sessions

Water everywhere

Bayshore Boulevard, the Riverwalk, Davis Islands, Clearwater Beach and the Gulf piers are all within reach. A beach elopement and a downtown reception on the same day is normal.

Common questions

How far ahead should we book?

Most couples book nine to fourteen months out for Saturday dates between October and May, which is peak season here. Weekday and summer dates often have availability closer in. Send the date and you'll know within a business day.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Eight hours covers most weddings from the end of getting ready through the main reception events. Ten covers a long getting-ready window or a sparkler exit. A small ceremony with dinner afterward may only need four.

Can we get photo and video from the same team?

Yes. A combined team shares the timeline, stays out of each other's shots, and you get one point of contact. See wedding videography.

Where do you shoot?

Tampa, Hillsborough and Pasco counties, and across the bridges to St. Petersburg and Clearwater. See the full list.

When do we get our photos?

A sneak peek of selected images within a few days of the wedding and the full edited gallery within a set number of weeks, stated in your contract.
